What We’re Looking For

Pearl is in search of a Lead Product Manager - Applications, who is passionate about leading complex, high impact projects and setting vision for our Core Platform at Pearl. As we are at a pivotal moment of growth in our organization, this role will spearhead our internal tools, systems, and data infrastructure so that Pearl will operate more quickly and efficiently while scaling. As the Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to build our product roadmap with the company's overarching vision. Additional responsibilities include: gathering requirements, determining key metrics, writing specifications, prioritizing projects, user testing, and partnering with engineering on execution. Experience with workflow automation or B2B SaaS is a plus as well. This role will report to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with executive leadership and act as the driving force to define and execute the organization’s overall product strategy
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including 3rd party platform integrations
  • Understand, identify and measure bottlenecks to scaling the business and deliver solutions to automate and unblock
  • Establish key metrics to measure product success and drive organizational scalability
  • Wireframe and design UX for our web-based products
  • Stay up to date on AI and other technical developments that can be used to improve our products

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on complex products.
  • You are a systems thinker and are able to break down complex problems into their component parts, understanding the levers available to you and estimate potential impact of each.
  • Ability to synthesize complex internal needs across the company while considering both customer value and future growth
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Past experience in making key strategic decisions that affect the business as a whole
  • Proven leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
