Who We’re Looking For

Our Partner Growth Manager will be a key driver of revenue growth within Pearl’s network of integration software partners and distributors. As the primary liaison for select partners, you will take full ownership of these relationships, leading efforts to transform them from passive participants

into actively engaged collaborators. In close collaboration with the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will develop and execute strategies

to capture market share of each partner’s addressable customer base. This includes implementing a variety of sales and marketing initiatives such as sales training, incentive programs, sales enablement tools, webinars, live events, and more. The ideal candidate has experience managing partnerships within dental technology/software, possesses a versatile skill set, and is passionate about continuous learning. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with the marketing and sales teams to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive relationship management and revenue growth with select integrated software partners and distributors.
  • Design, schedule and deploy strategic initiatives to increase partner engagement and generate demand for Pearl’s AI solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate partner sales teams on Pearl’s products.
  • Initiate and execute collaborative sales and marketing initiatives with integration software partners and distributors.
  • Launch sales contests and promotional activities to incentivize partner engagement.
  • Create and manage sponsorship marketing and co-marketing strategies to strengthen partner collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a partner portal, providing resources, training materials, and marketing assets.
  • Work with Partner Marketing Manager to develop high-impact marketing and sales enablement materials (case studies, sales sheets, competitive sheets, FAQ etc)
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing Manager and other members of the marketing team to execute live events, webinars, email campaigns, account-based marketing, and co-advertising initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the broader Partnership team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to establish metrics and KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of sales enablement and marketing initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze partner feedback to continually improve sales and marketing materials, training programs, and support resources.
  • Co-create and execute joint sales and marketing campaigns with partners, driving mutual growth.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or partner management, ideally with a focus on dental technology/software solutions.
  • A proven track record of growing partnerships and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong strategic planning and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • The ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights to drive results.
  • An innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • A solid understanding of AI technology and dental imaging software.
  • Strong negotiation skills for co-marketing agreements, sponsorships, and promotional deals with partners.
  • A proven track record of working closely with marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and materials.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, marketing, and product development.
  • The ability to clearly report progress, challenges, and insights to internal leadership
