We’re looking for an exceptional senior HR generalist who is ready to build the Ops function from the ground up at a high growth AI company. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in standing up core People operations cadences:
What you’ll do:
- Workflows for Onboarding
- Supporting Offboarding & managing separation agreements
- Rippling workflows
- Upleveling the employee handbook
- Responding to employee inquiries
- Leave management
- Processing payroll & commissions
- Managing EOR/international employees
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years in People Ops at a high growth startup
- Strong experience with Rippling implementation + workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage highly sensitive employee data accurately
- Programmatic experience with building out onboarding, offboarding/separation agreements, employee policies and LOA management
- Ability to generate basic HRIS reports in Google sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication; effective at handling a wide variety of employee inquiries
