We’re looking for an exceptional senior HR generalist who is ready to build the Ops function from the ground up at a high growth AI company. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in standing up core People operations cadences:

What you’ll do:

  • Workflows for Onboarding
  • Supporting Offboarding & managing separation agreements
  • Rippling workflows
  • Upleveling the employee handbook
  • Responding to employee inquiries
  • Leave management
  • Processing payroll & commissions
  • Managing EOR/international employees

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years in People Ops at a high growth startup
  • Strong experience with Rippling implementation + workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive employee data accurately
  • Programmatic experience with building out onboarding, offboarding/separation agreements, employee policies and LOA management
  • Ability to generate basic HRIS reports in Google sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication; effective at handling a wide variety of employee inquiries
